Some families know a great deal about their roots; others know very little. This site is an attempt to record what I've learned about our family history. One of the goals of this web site is to help Boydell family members get/stay connected even though we may live far apart.

On this page I'll provide a little information about who I am and what inspired me to do this research.

My name is Mick Boydell and I was born in Wolverhampton, England 29/3/1952. My father Norman Thomas George Boydell, married Dorothy Mary Richards and they had 3 sons myself and 2 brothers David b 8/12/42 and Alan b 23/8/46. My father died 3/6/63 aged 43 years when I was 11 years of age.

I have a great interest in genealogy and have several family pedigrees (trees) that date back to c940. I am willing to share my info with any interested party and would welcome contact from other Boydells or indeed any one with an interest in the Boydell Family History.
